Hi, I'm Dallas Graten, a Colorado-based CPA who launched D Graten CPA LLC in 2026. I’m passionate about making high quality tax and accounting guidance accessible to clients no matter where they are, delivering personalized, up-to-date advice from the comfort of their home or office.

As a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP), I stay deeply committed to the highest professional standards, ethical practices, and the latest regulatory changes so you can trust that every recommendation is accurate, compliant, and tailored to your unique situation.

My journey started in Bozeman, Montana, where I earned my Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Montana State University in 2007. The program gave me a strong foundation in technical expertise and broad business knowledge, skills I’ve built on ever since. I first became a CPA in North Dakota, gaining valuable experience before making the move to Colorado, where I now proudly hold my active license and call home.

What excites me most about running a virtual practice is the flexibility it offers clients; convenient virtual meetings, secure cloud-based collaboration, cost efficiencies without sacrificing quality, and the ability to serve people across states with specialized insight. I love helping individuals, small businesses, and entrepreneurs cut through complexity, save time and money, and focus on what they do best while I handle the numbers with care and integrity.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling with my wife, playing piano, soaking in the mountain views, or simply unwinding with good coffee and music. I’m here to be more than just your CPA; I’m your trusted partner in making smart financial decisions with confidence and ease.
